To apply for the DFM, first read the Market Rules, then fill out, sign (by checking the box that you agree with the rules) and submit the online application below. The Market Management team will review your application and decide whether or not you are accepted into the market based on your eligibility to attend the market (e.g. all permits and insurance requirements are met) and the needs of the market (trying to fill all of the different vendor types). If you are not able to fill out the application online, please contact the market manager ([email protected]).  The market is back on Friday’s we can’t seem to fix the application page that says the day Wednesday.

    2025 Vendor Application - Dartmouth Farmers' Market

    Product Information: Please list all the foods/products you propose to sell in 2025. Changes to this list may be made during the season with the approval of the market manager.
     Attendance & Fees: The fee for the full season (20 weeks; June 6 - October 24) excluding July 4th, is $320 per 10' x 10' space. You can also sign up for a half season (10 weeks; e.g. biweekly or select Friday’s at $170 for the half season. If you wish to attend individual markets, the fee is $25/market. Fees are to be made out to Dartmouth Farmers Market and mailed to Lee Murray 644 Elm Street South Dartmouth, Ma  02748.  There are no refunds for canceled markets (due to weather) or markets that you miss. If you know you are going to miss a market you are signed up for, please you must let the market manager know in advance (774-484-1240).
    Liability Insurance: All FOOD vendors must carry general liability insurance of 1M/occurrence, 2M General Aggregate.
    All food vendors please email ([email protected]) a copy of your certificate of insurance or a copy of your insurance policy with Dartmouth Farmers' Market listed as additionally insured. 
    ​ Permits: All vendors selling foods must comply with state and local Board of Health (BOH) regulations and must obtain a permit from the Town of Dartmouth Health Department upon acceptance to the DFM. Number is 508-910-1804.  It is the responsibility of each vendor to ensure they have all of the applicable federal, state and local licenses, sales permits, sales tax information. All relevant permits are to be kept on hand at the market. Vendors without current documentation will not be permitted to set-up.
    Marketing Material. Please include a description of your farm or business in the space provided below.  Please email ([email protected]) any photos or marketing material you would like used on the DFM website and in print and online marketing for DFM. If you don't want to be included in any marketing materials, please contact the market manager, otherwise you are agreeing to allow DFM to use your business name and photos in advertising materials for the Dartmouth Farmers' Market.
