Vendor Application

To apply for the DFM, first read the Market Rules, then fill out, sign (by checking the box that you agree with the rules) and submit the online application below. The Market Management team will review your application and decide whether or not you are accepted into the market based on your eligibility to attend the market (e.g. all permits and insurance requirements are met) and the needs of the market (trying to fill all of the different vendor types). Attendance & Fees: The fee for the full season (22 weeks; June 5 - October 30) is $330 per 10' x 10' space. You can also sign up for a half season (10 weeks; e.g. biweekly or select Wednesdays) at $185 for the half season. If you wish to attend individual markets, the fee is $28/market. There are no refunds for canceled markets (due to weather) or markets that you miss. If you know you are going to miss a market you are signed up for, you must let the market manager know in advance (774-400-7277).

Liability Insurance: All vendors must carry general liability insurance of 1M/occurrence, 2M General Aggregate.

I understand that I am required to provide a COI to the Market Manager no later than June 1. Failure to do so will result in my inability to participate in the market. My deposit will not be refunded. *

Permits: All vendors selling foods must comply with state and local Board of Health (BOH) regulations and must obtain a permit from the Town of Dartmouth Health Department upon acceptance to the DFM. It is the responsibility of each vendor to ensure they have all of the applicable federal, state and local licenses, sales permits, sales tax information. All relevant permits are to be kept on hand at the market. Vendors without current documentation will not be permitted to set-up.
